Freezing is an effect that causes the affected to slowly freeze as though they're in Powder Snow.
The effect simulates the freezing effect mobs and players have when they're in powder snow. The "TicksFrozen" increases more the higher the effect level.
Entities under "freeze_immune_entity_types" are immune to this effect and does nothing to entities wearing full armor that are "freeze_immune_wearables" like leather armor. Players wearing Frost Robes are immune to the effect.
Much like being in powder snow, fire-related mobs like striders, magma cubes, and blazes take 5 hearts from freezing and Skeletons turn into strays instead of taking freezing damage.
