Behavior

When the wraith has found a target, they will rush towards them until they are at least 16 blocks away from the target, where they will start attacking.

Wraiths attack their target by creating a 3×3 area of a scorching ice bouquet on the ground under their target's position. A natural spawning wraith's ice bouquet deals no damage to other hostile mobs unless it's specifically targeting one. The ice bouquet does not set any mobs on fire. Attacking a wraith while they are trying to attack cancels the attack. Wraiths can rarely summon a cross pattern of the ice bouquet.

Sunlight

Mob Type

Ice Bouquet

Ice Bouquet are entities summoned by wraiths to attack the player and mobs.

Initially, Ice Bouquet deals no damage for 12 ticks before increasing in size and deal full damage to any mob or player standing on top of it and then dealing half damage throughout its lifespan. The Ice Bouquet deals no damage to hostile mobs if summoned by a hostile mob unless said mob is hostile to another hostile mob.

Ice Bouquets will always try to position itself on a block, meaning summoning it in the middle air will cause it to position itself to highest block.

Servant

Spawning

They can also be spawned through command or spawn egg.

Behavior

Wraith servants share the same behavior as natural spawning wraiths except they are hostile to hostile mobs and mobs that hurt their summoner. Unlike natural spawning wraiths, wraith servants do not try to hide from the sun.

Wraith servants will naturally be hostile to hostile mobs if spawned without summoner.

By Default, a summoner can have up to 6 wraiths in Goety 2, 32 in Goety 1.

Trivia

  • Wraiths have undergone multiple model and texture changes to be as accurate as the Minecraft Dungeons' Wraith as possible.

  • Right clicking on a wraith servant while being its summoner causes it to blush.
