Targeting Monocle
A targeting monocle is an head curio that allows the player to lock onto a non-allied mob or player while casting a spell.
Obtaining
Targeting monocles are crafted using a Magic Ritual.
Usage
When using a wand or staff, that's equipped with a non-instant and non-charging focus, the player will lock-on to a non-allied mob or player within 16 blocks that's near the player's crosshair.
When locking on, the player's crosshair will point towards the target's eye, allowing spells to properly hit the target.
