An ectoplasm is an item primarily dropped by wraiths. It is used for several crafting recipes.
Wraiths, border wraiths and cairn necromancers drops 0-1 ectoplasms upon death. The maximum drop is increased by 1 per level of Looting, for a maximum of 0-4 ectoplasms with Looting III.
0-4 ectoplasms can be found in crypt chests.
1-3 ectoplasms have a chance of being dropped from breaking a crypt urn.
1-2 ectoplasms can be found in chests within nether fortresses.
1-4 ectoplasms can be found in dungeon, woodland mansions and stronghold crossing chests.
Ectoplasms are used in many ritual recipes, showing them would slow the page down.
