A crystal ball is a block that, when active, will summon a crone when right-clicked on.

Obtaining

Breaking

Crystal balls cannot be broken by the player when active, unless the player is in Creative mode. When inactive, the crystal ball can be mined with any tool.

Natural generation

A crystal ball will always generate within a blighted shack. The generated ball will always be active.

Usage

When active, the crystal ball will emit purple particles around itself, and is capable of summoning a crone on an area around itself when right-clicked on.

After summoning the crone, the crystal ball with be inactive, losing its particle and is capable of being broken.

The spawned crone will be persistent, but can still despawn on peaceful mode.

Inactive crystal balls can be used as decoration, but has no other functionality otherwise. Player placed crystal balls will always be inactive.

• Crystal balls spawning a crone is based on how Witchery's Baba Yaga can potentially spawn as part of a Crystal Ball event from the mod.

• Using /setblock command will generate an active crystal ball.
