Frost Breath Focus

A frost breath focus that allows the player to continuously breath out frost.
When holding down right-click while holding a wand or staff with the focus equipped on it, the player will shoot out a line of frost clouds that would deal 1/2 heart of freeze damage and gives Freezing for 1 second. The clouds won't deal damage to entities that are immune to freezing such as strays and snow golems.
The initial damage and cost can be configured under goety-spells.toml.
Frost breath focuses can be enchanted with Potency, Duration and Range.
Potency increases the damage of the spell.
Duration increases the duration of the Freezing effect.
Range increases the range of the spell's effects.
