A launching focus that allows the player to shoot towards the direction they're looking at.
Launching focuses are crafted using a Sky Ritual.
The spell propels the player in the direction they are facing, and gives them a second of Slow Falling status effect.
When cast using a Wind Staff, the propelling strength is twice as strong.
The focus can be enchanted with Potency and Duration.
Potency increases the strength of how far the player propels from a single cast.
Duration increases the Slow Falling effect duration, with each level doubling the length.
The spell and focus is based on a common custom spell from Ars Nouveau that allows the player to "fly" during the early game.
