Soul Bolt Focus

A soul bolt focus that allows the player to shoot soul bolts.
The player instantly shoots out a soul bolt at the direction they're looking at when using a wand or staff with the focus equipped on it.
The soul bolt moves slowly through the air, before getting in contact with a non-allied mob or block. The bolt will usually deal 2 hearts of magic damage, by default, and deals heavy knockback when hitting a mob.
The initial damage and cost can be configured under goety-spells.toml.
If the spell was cast with a nameless staff, the player will shoot a necro bolt instead.
Unlike soul bolts, necro bolts will pierce through mobs, but not through blocks, and deal 6 hearts of magic damage instead. The damage is configurable under goety-spells.toml.
The focus can be enchanted with Potency, which will increase its damage per level, and Velocity, which will increase its speed per level.
The soul bolts are based on MCD Necromancer's projectiles.
The necro bolts are based on the Nameless One's own projectile attacks.
