A sculk relay provides an area where a sculk converter can spread sculk at.
Sculk relays can be mined with any tool, but hoes are the quickest. It drops 5 experience if mined without Silk Touch.
Sculk relays are used in conjunction with sculk converters. Sculk converters will search within 32x16x32 area around itself for any relays. When found, the converters will spread sculk on its location, sending particles towards it in the process.
