A shocking focus that allows the player to continuously shoot electric currents at a target.

When holding down right-click while holding a wand or staff with the focus equipped on it, the player will shoot electric currents that will automatically target any nearby mob or player that's within the caster's eye sight. If looking at a specific mob or player, the electric currents will go towards that entity instead, if it's within 20 blocks (initial range). The electric currents does 2 shock damage (1 heart) and only targets one entity at the time, though it can change targets quickly.
If the spell is not cast using a storm staff, the electric currents will shoot towards the nearest lightning rod instead of any target.
The initial damage and cost can be configured under goety-spells.toml.
Enchantment
Shocking focuses can be enchanted with Potency, Burning and Range.
Potency increases the damage of the spell.
Burning allows the spell to set the target on fire, with each level increasing the length of being on fire.
Range increases how far the electric currents can reach.
Trivia
The spell is based on the Shock Focus from Thaumcraft 4.
