Spider Egg

A spider egg is a crafting ingredient and brewing item.

Obtaining

Mob Loot

Spiders have an 11% chance of dropping 0-2 spider eggs, with an increase of 2% chance per Looting level. The minimum drop increases by 1 and maximum by 2 per Looting level as well.

Chest Loot

Spider eggs can be found in abandoned mineshafts chest minecarts and dungeon chests.

Bartering

Crones have a chance to barter 2-4 spider eggs with an emerald, while wearing a witches set/warlock robe.

Usage

Spider Nest. Mutton can be replaced with other meats.

Wartful Egg

Brewing Ingredient

When brewed with awkward potions on a brewing stand, spider eggs will make Potions of Climbing.
